Here are my thoughts on creating a remarkable experience for your customers. Imagine you can get your team members to understand that they get paid not just to now lawns or fix cars or do plumbing or build things, they get paid to create a remarkable experience. This opens their eyes to see all of the needs that are all around them rather than having tunnel vision for that which is directly in front of them. They begin to look for ways to exceed customer expectations rather than just meeting contractual obligations. They begin to find ways to go above and beyond for the customer. //
