Ride a bike to work if you can.

A great way to start your day is with some exercise. If there is a way you can walk, jog or ride a bike to work than I highly recommend it. I know this won’t work for everyone as some of you have crazy long commutes, but in any case getting some vigorous exercise before work will set you up with a good dose of energy and focus.
