The word “Habit”, most often associated with personal behavior is defined as: a regular tendency or practice. “System”, refers to business practices and is defined as: a set of principles or procedures according to which something is done.
Our business is based on a set of principles and procedures that have proven over time to solve many of the problems that small businesses typically struggle with. These systems however, can only produce results when they become engrained in our culture as habit.
We all know that choosing a salad instead of a burger will not immediately make us fit, nor will eating one make us fat, but either choice repeated regularly will.
So it is in business. Develop good operational, financial and leadership habits (Systems) and the results will become evident.
